they are absolutely amazing

I had some minor work done and two new tires placed, thought the place was fair initially. 3 months after having the tires placed I got a nail in it. I went back to see if they could repair it. I got told "it would be like putting a bandage on a knuckle, we can not fix it, to much liability". they tried very hard to sell me another new tire. I new this could not be right the nail was in the treads not the side wall. I went to a tire repair place off University called Dokota tire and they patched in 20 mins for about 25$. They said it was no problem to repair, the other place just wanted to sell another tire and laughed at the liability lie. I would NOT go back to Matts auto, if they are going to lie to my face over a tire repair who knows what else they would lie about. Obviously this places lies over honest and quality service. Do not give any service!

I have been looking for a luxury vehicle intensely for at least a month. Like hours and hours and hours spent researching. This is my first import purchase (used). I’ve been extremely worried about making the right decision, being a Buick/Toyota owner; reliability and long life has been important all my life. At 53 I’m going for it with a used BMW. Matt’s always messages me pictures of exactly what they have found wrong and with it the ability to accept or deny work being done through those links. This makes it so easy on the very short amount of time I have available in the day. I also appreciate them explaining things to me in detail when I just want to better understand the details of a fix and the breakdown of what’s going to be happening. I have been taking my vehicles to Matt’s for 6 years now and have never had a bad experience.
