I live in Grand Forks and had been a patron of Matt's before moving. So when I had to be in Fargo for a few days and needed work done on my car. I took it to Matts.When picking up my car my grandchildren and I walked over to cold stone for a treat and when leaving I noticed I didn't have my keys. Went back to Matt's with no luck.then back to cold stone only to find out that the worker gave my keys to someone else. While we were still sitting there. So back we went and Jessica had the paper work all filled out for the loner that I had just brought back. This is why I drove 75 miles knowing that I would be very well taken care of. HATS OFF TO MATT AND HIS CREW!!😀😀😀

Exactly what I want in a mechanic. They didn't try to sell me on a bunch of things my car didn't need and tried to make me feel in charge, despite feeling fairly helpless when it comes to vehicle repairs. Very friendly staff and great advice for getting to repairs in a timely manner. The checks they run will help keep your car running well and are well within reason for mechanic costs. I will be finishing my car work through them due to the excellent customer service they provide.

This is the first time to Matt's. My car was overdue for an oil change, I called and got in the next day. The guys are very friendly and explained their inspection during the oil change. I didn't have to wait and was in and out quickly. Thank you! P.S. Your new plant looks very nice! :)

Matt's is the only place I use! They are kind and quick, always available to answer my questions and I never feel like I need to question their prices. They have never overcharged me or taken advantage of me in any fashion. I reccomend them to everyone I know!

Very professional and friendly, treated my vehicle like it was one of there own. They even left a small surprise in my kids' car seats! They will be getting all my future work and will be reccomending them to anyone that asks.
