I was an ASE Automotive Master for over 25 years. I know professionalism when I see it. The folks at Matt's South Moorhead are truly professionals. Blaine is the poster child for what customer service should look like. My better half and I recently bought a 2005 BMW Z4 as a "retirement cruiser." I had Matt's get the car on a regular maintenance schedule and to do a 100% safety check. I received phone calls and emails detailing the inspection findings along with cost estimates from Blaine. The entire team at Matt's as been great to work with. We've been taking our cars to them since we moved to the Fargo area in 2018. On this particular time I had them assess some issues with my car that had I got them fixed would have been a considerable expense but they advised me to not do so given I am planning on getting a new car in the near future. We have a vintage SUV that Matt's did quite a bit of work on, i was kept informed along the way of repairs that were needed. When i picked up the vehicle, there was still a problem, but Matt's took care of it for me. We have used Matt's for several years and are always happy with the service.

My transmission failed and Matt's worked with my bumper to bumper insurance to make sure it was partially paid for. While the parts where backed order he helped me so I was able to get transportation.

Xoil change and tier rotation , technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. My only concern is ittook over a week to get an appointment. But I guess if you are the best , your the businesses. Great Job!
