Went in for an oil change and they were phenomenal. They did more than just an oil change. They document and photograph things on your vehicle that may need to be looked at within the next 2 years. They are honest with you when things need work and don't try to scam you into paying out more than you need to. As a women, I've been to many shops were I am treated as if I wouldn't know better even though I typically do a lot of the regular maintenance on my vehicle myself. It's not often that I go to a shop where the mechanics are honest with me. They also have a nice lounge area for you to wait while your vehicle gets worked on.

Went in to see if they could look at my heating issues, they took it in and less than 30 minutes later my car had heat back again. Air bubbles and thermostat stuck closed. Would recommend!

I am very impressed with the service at Matt’s. The communication was excellent, explaining every detail of the work proposed, how necessary it was now, or if it could wait. My biggest surprise was when I was told that a procedure earlier agreed upon, which was very expensive, would not be necessary at this time unless I wanted it to be done! I have never before had an option like that offered to me! Matt’s is not just about money; they truly care about customer service and do everything to make that service a good experience for the customer. They also gave me a ride home and offered to come and get me when the car was ready. Thumbs up for Matt’s!

I have a classic car that needed tons of body work and a paint job. I had gotten estimates at other places but the customer service and attitudes didn’t jive with what I expected. I had driven past Matt’s a few times the previous year and saw a classic car being redone. That car was Matt’s, if he trusted his employees I could too. Knowing they did that line of work I stopped by with my car. The service manager (Justin) was awesome to visit with. He brought out his lead body and paint guy (Michael) who also is super nice. We walked around my car and we’re instantly all on the same page. I received an actual estimate and proceeded with using Matt’s. They constantly sent pictures and asked questions to make sure we all understood before proceeding with each detail. When it came time to pick a color the painter did several spray outs and samples even customizing to meet my needs. During my vehicle being in the shop Justin had moved but Charlie took his place as manager. Charlie didn’t miss a beat and his customer service attitude fits with Matt’s mission, truly seamless transition to a new manager. I am very satisfied with the results. I’ve also dropped off wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced. They went out of their way to find the chrome valve stems I wanted. If you want great customer service this is the place.
