I am unhappy with Matt’s automotive. I have always brought my car to smaller locally owned businesses so I thought why not Matt’s. The exact reason to not go to Matt’s is in the company name, Matt. Matt runs on ego and it is very obvious. His workers are scared of the man, probably because they feel he will fire them at any moment just to find some other cheaper employee he can save another dime on. If I were you Matt I would reconsider your attitude and your ego. I’ve worked for great small businesses and I guess your too big time to be a friend to the customers and workers around you.

These guys fixed a specialty vehicle that nobody else in town wanted to touch and did an excellent job thanks guys!!

Love it! My car is at Matts Service for more than a week Estimate. Was $3 400. And they said they can't give me a "loaner." I am . Stranded at home, just thinking about all I haven't done for Xmas. I am 57 yrs. Old with kids and grandchildren. This affects them too. Yet $3400 and no loaner. I Know that staff uses the loaners outside of work. Jeremy told me that. This is just disappointing. No loaner for 10 days before Christmas.

I can’t speak for EVERY employee, but a guy name Chris is the worst, he literally refused to have my car looked at because I guess he didn’t want me calling asking for a update , which makes absolutely no sense, i guess he was having a bad day but when I ask why won’t he check it , he said he didn’t want to argue and go back and fourth , and then told me if don’t tow my car outta his lot he’s going to impound it, when I walk there the same day around 3 before they close , it was gone without me getting a chance , and I gotta pay +300 plus to get it out the tow I couldn’t even get a explanation why, but there you go, if you want to go, please stay away from a guy name Chris 👍

I would like to take a minute to address some of your concerns you had with us. You had called asking us to look at your vehicle and our service advisor mentioned he would try to get your vehicle worked in as soon as possible. We were able to get it looked at within about 48 hours. Once we performed your initial analysis we had recommended further testing on your vehicle. Chris spoke with your significant other and informed her that we would be working on it on the following Monday as we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We believe this is likely where we had a miscommunication on time, as you expected more immediate service than we were able to provide at the time. When we performed our initial analysis, we did not even charge you for that recommendation, and the further testing was going to be $159 dollars. Over the weekend, your vehicle was removed from our parking lot and Chris followed up with your significant other to discuss how we might be able to rectify this situation or further assist you. We are not sure where the information got to you that it was going to cost $300 or that your vehicle was removed from our lot before you had a chance to get to us. If there was another miscommunication here, we also apologize. When Chris reached out to you guys on Saturday when we were closed, it was very apparent that your significant other was upset with us and took it to the point where she was swearing at him. We are all human and some times make mistakes which is why we do our best to fix these problems if they come up, even if we are closed. Thanks again for taking the time to review our service. Matt's sent me pictures of all problems on vehicle, allowed me to check what I wanted fixed, and then dropped off my fixed truck at my house for no extra cost.
