Over the top care and support! I have been coming to Matt’s Auto since it’s first shop opened -they are family to me! Recently, my children’s father died of Covid complications. I had a flat tire the day before the funeral… and then another the day of the funeral. I was an emotional wreck and I called Matt sobbing that I couldn’t do vehicle issues today. He took over from that moment. His exceptional team rallied to get my vehicle in, put on FOUR new tires, delivered it back to me in a short time, and would not take a payment for any of it (even replaced a break light that they noticed was out!). I am still in tears knowing the support that was given during this very difficult time in our lives. Thank you, Matt and team, for your help in just the right time! You are heros to me and my children!

Outstanding Service - I want to say thank you to Vernon and his team at Matt's Automotive. My wife and I live in Nashville Tennessee and our daughter Lives in Fargo while working and going to school. We are a long time military family who are familiar with doing things long distance and need issues handled from a trust worthy source. I started reading repair center reviews after Abby had got an estimate from an establishment that I immediately knew to stay away from. I started reading the reviews about Matt's and sent an inquiry. Vernon answered within an hour and when I called him and told him my situation he was very detailed and informative on how we would proceed. I had her car dropped off and Vernon sent me their findings and we got most of the required work taken care of and will soon go back for the rest. I was also amazed and very appreciative when I called to arrange payment and Vernon was willing to drop the car off where my daughter works! I just cant tell you how appreciative we are of the honesty and a job well done by Vernon and his team. Highly recommend them for any work to be done.
