I commute to Fargo every week for work and was having some tire issues - messaged Justin and he got me a quote promptly and got my vehicle in and taken care of quickly. Also noticed an oil leak and Justin and his staff made sure to address my concerns.

I brought my pickup in to have a mild scuff on the painted bumper buffed out of it. I didn’t have an appointment, but Justin got it in immediately and out the door in record time, looking perfect again. Thank you for your great customer service, excellent work and honesty in your pricing!

Scheduled to look at car on short notice on a day where all other FM shops were booked. Has options due to having multiple FM shops. Provided loaner car while personal vehicle was in the shop for a few days. Rather expensive prices for parts and labor. Did not seem very competitive in regard to price. Parts cost was excessively high and labor rate was 33% higher than some other places. Picture(s) of diagnosis were provided but initial pictures provided (radiator) were not clear and easy to understand so needed to request better images of issue. Recommended extra services that were overpriced and not completely necessary. Coolant reservoir was low after service was finished (coolant flush) and I needed to request coolant to be topped off before leaving with vehicle. Not very impressed. Seems to have potential for being great but my particular visit was average at best.
