If I could give Matt's auto on 32nd Ave a 10 star rating I would! Chris called us almost every day to give us updates. We had our mountaineer gone through completely and had every necessary repairs done includinding transmission reprogramming, as this will become our only vehicle now. I can't express how much we appreciate the work they did and the professionalism they showed us. they truly are 2nd to none. I've had very bad experiences with other shops but Matt's auto went above beyond what we expected. we are now customers for life. Update: we were still having issues with our transmission. They spent a lot of time figuring it out and we haven't had a problem since. If you want repairs done right, it might take a little more time but well worth it. They do offer a loaner if needed.

I really appreciate how they document all proposed work with pictures, and have an easy online platform that allows you to choose which work you want. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. No pressure to get work done, but gave me time to make the right decision for my car.
