I brought in my Nissan Altima to Matt's to fix a misfire. I used their online scheduler to make an appointment, I was pleased to see that within the hour I received an email back from them, confirming my appt. request. As it would turn out - my car was in worse shape than we initially thought. Discovering multiple issues along the way. Matt's technicians were very thorough, making sure that they eliminated every possibility before actually committing and fixing something. I worked mostly with the service manager Sam, and a little with Matt. Both are incredibly good, they contacted me with updates and would walk me through the procedure and provide me with options. My car took a long time to fix - almost 3 and a half weeks. This was due to multiple problems and other circumstances. Matt provided me with a loner - which cut back on the stress a lot. I was impressed with their facility, professionalism, and overall good experience. I am definitely going back. TLDR - Matt's is a great shop, does good work, and treats you well. Give them a shot.
