Was There to to fix my taxi head light, oild change and oil leak moths back. I was charged fortune to fix my oil leak. Was asked to call after driving 200 miles, I did and my van had still had the oil leak. I called Him and he said to me that their computers were down and would return my call. its been more than 6 moths now, only for me to get an email update for me to come for oil change. Really???? This was when they were at main avenue. I still got my email and receipts.

I cannot say what happened the day you called in and I apologize that we didn't get back to you, but the only explanation I have right now is we don't have a good phone number for you. The follow up appointment for a leak check is completely free and is part of the initial charge you paid, so all that would have been needed is a phone call or stopping in. Again, please give me a call, and I would be happy to help you and update your information so something like this doesn't happen again. The service was great all around! The noise my car was making is no longer. A car report with photos was sent to my phone. And, no pressure to do additional car maintenance. I will be returning for sure!!

Called at 730a, had my vehicle in by 10a and back to me by 11a. THAT is service!

I was having some issues with my suburban. I called matt's to talk to them and see if they could look at it right away hoping it was a quick fix. He said bring it in they could look at it. Well it turned out it was far from a quick fix. That being said they were very good at calling to talk things throw with me. Between Matt and Sam any questions I had they made the time to talk them over with me. Matt's is not at all about just hanging parts he will be totally honest and tell you if stuff can wait or if it is something that will need attention right away. The service at matt's is amazing I would recommend it to anyone hands down.

My husband and I service our two vehicles at Matt's Automotive. We know we can trust them to tell us what's wrong, explain the process of fixing it in terms that we can understand, and deliver quality parts and services. We really like working with Jayme. He is always very professional and courteous on the phone and in person.

I am not from the area and was very nervous about having someone other then my dad (who is a mechanic himself) work on my car. Their indepth inspection helped bring to light some issues with my car that if left unfixed could have been terrible! They took great car of me and my car and made me feel like I was their only priority. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area, they are a great group of people!

My car died unexpectedly earlier this week, and since I am new to the area I didn't know which shop to take it too. I'm so glad that I heard the radio add before I checked anywhere else and took it to was Matt's first. Not only was I able to get my vehicle in right away, but everything in the process from getting my car towed to picking up the car and paper work was very easy and professional. They also alerted me to things that would need future maintenance, and also found a couple other issues that would've become far more serious ( and expensive) if they had not been spotted and repaired when they did. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received at this business and will definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs.
