Completed only half the work, no communication, had to drive back 3 times to get my vehicle, the 3rd time was after hours, a 4th time to get the keys. Unwilling to deliver keys unless I paid shipping but they advertise pick up and drop off service. Bought 4 new tires, I would think they could of at the very least worked with me on this since their shop is very much out of my way and I had made several trips there already due to their errors and lack of communication. Won’t return.

Very genuine and extremely conscientious workers. I trust them and they were up front with everything that my vehicle required and very courteous. Excellent work and the staff goes out of their way to make sure that you understand they're diagnosis of any car or truck problems and any cost involved with maintenance or repair. Great job

I have been here twice now and the shop is extremely professional and diligent. They helped get my car ready for the winter as I moved from out of state and I’ll be coming to them again!

Great customer service, great work!

Pros: They performed a complimentary inspection of my vehicle and had timely services. Cons: They did not put my cabin air filter back in my vehicle. Performed additional services that I did not request that were at additional charge (filling windshield washer fluid, tire rotation, etc.) The prices at Matt’s are expensive and seem overly inflated. Overall I won’t be coming back to Matt’s because of the pricing and lack of communication about additional services that were added on to my bill without my approval.
