Everyone was very nice! They told me everything wrong with my car. They included photos that even show the parts on my car and explain why they needed to be replaced! Very reliable and honest.

I don't know why you would bring your vehicle anywhere else. The friendliness and professionalism is something I would expect at a 5 star resort, not an automotive repair shop. Matt and his team communicated all aspects of my repair and there were no surprises. I would like to officially refer Matt's Auto to everyone in the United States. When they go global, I will start referring internationally. Thank you for your impeccable service. I hope I don't have to return soon, but anyone that's needs repairs or service should book now!!

Got my car in and looked at in a timely manner.

They were really helpful. I had a pretty easy problem with my car, and they were able to see my car that day. This could have been because it was a slow week, but it was really nice to be able to have a shop see my car right away. The price for my fix was very reasonable.

Fast was in and out quick

I called Matt’s last week on Thursday to schedule a last minute oil change before a trip the next day. I was very pleased to hear that they could get me in the next morning. Matt’s gave me a ride back to campus after dropping off the car and also offered to pick me up although I got a ride back to get the car. They sent updates along the way of all the progress and asked if I wanted any other services. I was very impressed at all the areas they covered in their complimentary inspection and loved the note from a technician commenting on all my bumper stickers. I would gladly pay the little extra for an oil change with the level of detail and professionalism with their staff. Thank’s Matt’s ! I will surely be back in the future.
