I was heading to my dads Funeral coming from Montana going to Indiana.Needless to say I was on a Very tight time schedule to get there on time. When I pulled into the Motel in Fargo very late my Water Pump went south. Luckily for me I searched the net and found Matt's on line and 5 blocks from the motel. I gave them a call at 7:30am and told them of my delema. A very very nice man named Vern said they will do there best to get it done that day for me. I took the car in at 8am and they shuttled me back to my motel. I was able to shower, have a great breakfast, then check out at 10:45. I told the front desk I would have to hang out in the lobby till my car was done. I no sooner sat down on a couch and my cell rang. It was Matt's telling me the shuttle is on the way to pick me up, my car was done. they had me back on the road heading east by 11:30am. right on my original schedule. This was no just change a belt type repair. they had to take a lot of stuff out to get deep into the side of the engine to get to it. There price was dead on no gouging what so ever. No extra for the speedy excellent service, even though I would have gladly paid it to get back on the road. I made it to the funeral on time and 3000 miles later car is running like a top. They used dealer parts not after market junk. Fantastic warrantee and unbelievable professional service both in shop and up front. This was the best repair experience i have ever had and i am 64 years old. They have a Christmas card coming from me every year from now on. Fargo, your so very lucky to have a place like this in your town to fix your cars and trucks. My sincere thanks go out to Vern Newman and the entire crew there.
