I went to Matt's because of a Costco membership coupon and for a second opinion on some work needed on my vehicle and I'm glad I did! I was really impressed with how professional and thorough this place is. They were able to diagnose the issue I was experiencing and also did some routine maintenance. The coupon was just a plus on top of the great service. I really liked the text updates so I could access any information about issues and see images/videos provided if they found known issues. I also liked the ability to see the prices of maintenance needed and a list of what the maintenance is for. I appreciated Vern calling me and bring prompt about updates and explaining anything I had questions on. He was very flexible and knowledgeable. Very pleased with his customer service experience. Last, but not least, loved that they put a plushie in my baby's car seat. Such a nice touch. Whoever came up with that idea, you're awesome! My child will hug anything plushie so she liked it right away. 🤍

We had sudden transmission issues and Matt’s was able to get us in quicker than anyone else in town. They were able to provide us with a loaner vehicle and got us the best deal on repairs. Within a week we were in and out! Everyone was super helpful and nice. They made this car inconvenience a little less inconvenient. I would definitely recommend them to others. The only very small suggestion I have for them is to adjust the decals on their loaner vehicles. Having them cover the windows makes it super hard to see out, creating more blind spots in an already unfamiliar car.

I’ve always appreciated the service at Matt’s. I had a nail in my tire and I called Vern and asked if he could get me in on a Friday morning. He was able to do so and even lined up a courtesy ride for me so I didn’t have to miss time from work. Matt has put together a great team of professionals and I highly recommend his shops. Services provided at South Fargo Matts were well done but... First time I brought my car in I got it back with a big grease stain on the passenger seat. Deciding I would give them a second chance, I recently dropped my car off before work for a scheduled appointment at 8:00 am for an oil change and listed that I would like them to check my A/C and drivers side headlight as they had not been working properly. Both of these requests were confirmed days before the appointment date. I didn't hear from them the day of the appointment until around 2:45 pm when I called to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told that it was still in the shop and they would send me my quote soon. Once I got off the phone, I finally received documentation requesting approval to work on multiple things on my car INCLUDING checking my headlights and A/C. After having my car for almost 7 hours no one had reached out for approval to complete the services I had brought it in for. After calling again I was told that there would not be time to complete the requested services since it was now close to the end of the work day. I will be finding another place to bring my car in the future that completes the requested services.

I love bringing my car to Matt’s. The staff knows me by my name and keeps me fully in the loop with whatever they are working on with my car. I appreciate that they send their suggested items to do on the car in a list I can review on my own and accept or decline—much less stressful than having to decide in the moment. They also take pictures of their whole process so you can see what they are telling you. I also appreciate the things they do for our community. The combination of their service and their mission makes me a repeat customer.

Great service! Dropped of my car to get an oil change and a few things reviewed. They kept me updated where they were at with my car the whole way through.

The best automotive service I have ever worked with! They kept in contact daily and made it known they aren't just about getting paid. They make sure the job is done completely. We had dropped the car off and the next day went into labor, they went as far as everyone signing a "congratulation" card. 10/10 would highly recommend
