Excellent service & customer relations.

I highly recommend Matt's Automotive. While I do use my dealership more so than that going elsewhere, whenever I have used Matt's, I have never had a bad experience with them at all. As a female, it is assumed that I understand little about maintenence. I have never encountered this at Matt's. Yes, they give a lot of details and do want to provide the best service so they are going to suggest what your manufacturer recommends as they work on your issue. It is good customer care, and it is not being pushy. They are happy to know if a recommended service was done elsewhere. They just want to make sure your vehicle is running top notch and bring attention to what you may have overlooked. They also are extremely helpful explain to you when you want more explanation and do not rush through their explanation. Matt's is also very community oriented which is a great plus. This was the number one reason why I support their business. Might you find a less expensive option? Maybe...but all things considered, I love their commitment to respect, diligence, thoroughness, and community involvement.

Matt's Collision Center provides great service. Very impressed with how helpful they are and what a nice job they do!

The staff were very friendly and helpful from calling to book the appointment to the service and checkout! They did a 27 point inspection and emailed a copy of all of the issues that will need to be looked at in the near future, but for once had no one trying to pressure me into fixing things that were completely unnecessary (as often happens when you're a female bringing your car to a body shop). Would highly recommend, and will certainly be back!

I had a vehicle, 2014 Chevy Suburban, checked over for potential mechanical issues pre purchase at the location behind Planet Fitness on 13th Ave in Fargo.. The mechanics provided a thorough report which provided detailed easy to understand written explanations supported by pictures and price estimates in a timely manner.. Of note, Skip, a tech at the counter, was hospitable, friendly and professional. The diagnosis helped me make a pre purchase decision backed up with useful information.
