I couldn't ask for a better automotive repair shop and my experience was absolutely wonderful. Right away, they were more than willing to let me drop my vehicle off early and even started diagnosing problems before my scheduled appointment. When the causes were determined, they provided explanation and photos to review and explained all the details over the phone. In the end the vehicle needed more repairs than what it was worth, and they were more than willing to give me time to decide what I wanted to do next and even suggested all my options as I had no idea what to do with a car that needs to be salvaged. I guarantee that I will go to Matt's for future service. I also want to highlight Charlie who was always updating me on the status of my vehicle and willing to answer any questions. I couldn't be more thankful for his kindness and amazing customer service. I had such a great experience at Matt's Automotive and would highly recommend them to anyone for car repairs and general maintenance.

They finished quicker than expected on both of our necessary repairs and the service manager even offered to stay a few minutes late to ensure I could make it before the end of the day. That personal touch, for us, goes beyond just general customer service to exceptional service. We also appreciated the very clear break down of recommended services and costs. That allowed us to prioritize and schedule those services at our pace, and afforded me the chance to discuss each with my spouse before proceeding. The constant communication is a huge relief.
