So I’m new to Fargo, discovered Matt’s on google. Had good reviews so decided to take my 16 4Runner for an oil change! Super amazing service, bar none! Came up in conversation that we’re expecting a baby and they put a couple of stuffed teddy bears wearing a Matt’s y shirts! Loved the extra care and service they provide. Also did a free 27 point inspection and found something I was looking for a while. That 27 point inspection was free and included in the price of oil change. And they also rotated the tires which is part of their oil change service! Again if you’re looking for a quality mechanic/car shop in town, look no further! They are just awesome. Only one thing is that they are more on the pricey side, but that is to be expected when you get such great service like that! They also had a super clean shop and waiting area. Which had a coffee bar and a pop cooler for their customers. No greasy hands anywhere on the vehicle and no smell of that you just took your vehicle into a car shop! Cannot recommended enough! Thank you guys, I’ll be a lifetime customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My car was weatherized and engine heater block was placed perfectly. Outstanding staff: their service was prompt, extremely accommodating and professional( courteous).They do great work. They are genuine ( honest) as well as very qualified staff who explained every aspect in terms of work that was required on the vehicle. I'm very pleased with this business and I feel that I generally have a good sense, perception, of people who are honest. I will return to them in the future

Amazing customer experience and a local owner that cares about the community and vehicles in the area.

Completed only half the work, no communication, had to drive back 3 times to get my vehicle, the 3rd time was after hours, a 4th time to get the keys. Unwilling to deliver keys unless I paid shipping but they advertise pick up and drop off service. Bought 4 new tires, I would think they could of at the very least worked with me on this since their shop is very much out of my way and I had made several trips there already due to their errors and lack of communication. Won’t return.

Very genuine and extremely conscientious workers. I trust them and they were up front with everything that my vehicle required and very courteous. Excellent work and the staff goes out of their way to make sure that you understand they're diagnosis of any car or truck problems and any cost involved with maintenance or repair. Great job

I have been here twice now and the shop is extremely professional and diligent. They helped get my car ready for the winter as I moved from out of state and I’ll be coming to them again!
