Matt’s did an awesome job communicating what was going on, and the way they warranty their own work is awesome. My only regret is that I didn’t find them earlier!

I was an ASE Automotive Master for over 25 years. I know professionalism when I see it. The folks at Matt's South Moorhead are truly professionals. Blaine is the poster child for what customer service should look like. My better half and I recently bought a 2005 BMW Z4 as a "retirement cruiser." I had Matt's get the car on a regular maintenance schedule and to do a 100% safety check. I received phone calls and emails detailing the inspection findings along with cost estimates from Blaine. The entire team at Matt's as been great to work with. We've been taking our cars to them since we moved to the Fargo area in 2018. On this particular time I had them assess some issues with my car that had I got them fixed would have been a considerable expense but they advised me to not do so given I am planning on getting a new car in the near future.
