Our family is new to Fargo & we were in the process of testing out auto places that were similar to the auto place we frequented in Florida--We found the service we were looking for at Matt's! I scheduled an oil change appointment for 1PM and received an email confirmation for 10AM the week prior to my appointment. I had nothing else going on that day so I figured I'd just drop in at 10AM as per the email. Matt's was quite busy, but they squeezed me in even though my appointment was for 1PM in their system. Everyone we saw was very accommodating and kind. My son & I enjoyed hanging out in the waiting area and all the surprise goodies. We even found a nice surprise in my son's carseat on our departure! We'll be back.
