My husband and I were referred to Matt's when our car was backed into and needed to get repaired. They did a wonderful job of getting the quote for us, connecting with the insurance company, and then getting it all fixed back up in a very timely manner. Their customer service was very helpful, as this situation was new to us and we weren't exactly sure what to expect. They helped us through the whole process and when we got our car back, it looked even better than it did when we brought it in, as they had vacuumed and dusted the inside of the vehicle and washed the outside and all the windows (all of which hadn't been done for a while 😬). Was not expecting that, but it was a nice surprise! We were very pleased with our service with them and will definitely be looking for more ways to do business with them in the future.

Friendly, explained the what and why of a needed service. One gentlemen drove me home and picked me up again when the work was done. Terrific service!

I purchased 4 new tires from Matt’s, they were able to get me in quickly, were able to get the tires that others said were special order same day. Had an oil change done and a very thorough inspection and found things the dealer missed that will be under warranty. Tires came with roadside assistance and they took care of my black rims that I had concerns a tire installer may scratch.
