Helpful staff that explained what each problem was and how they could be repaired. Left a gift for my son in his car seat as a surprise

First impression on entering the shop was pleasant surprise at the setting. Very clean and didn't have the typical grungy feel of many auto shops. The technicians I spoke with were all outstandingly helpful, knowledgeable, and quite pleasant to top it off. I went in to get a new set of all season tires and the employee walked me through different options and gave the impression he wasn't simply trying to make a sale but actually cared.
