They worked diligently with insurance to ensure the best for my vehicle. Worked in a timely manner and didn’t take advantage of me. Always polite and friendly to work with!

First impression on entering the shop was pleasant surprise at the setting. Very clean and didn't have the typical grungy feel of many auto shops. The technicians I spoke with were all outstandingly helpful, knowledgeable, and quite pleasant to top it off. I went in to get a new set of all season tires and the employee walked me through different options and gave the impression he wasn't simply trying to make a sale but actually cared.

The staff are very friendly and the warranties on parts and labor are decent, but this place is expensive compared to some other places in town like Southpointe Service Center.

Didn't originally have a problem resolved and Matt's were committed to resolving the issue no matter what. Truly the best customer service and vehicle experience in town!

By far the best shop it town. You will not go wrong taking your vehicle here. They are fair in price, great mechanics, and won’t do work that is unnecessary.

I live in Grand Forks and had been a patron of Matt's before moving. So when I had to be in Fargo for a few days and needed work done on my car. I took it to Matts.When picking up my car my grandchildren and I walked over to cold stone for a treat and when leaving I noticed I didn't have my keys. Went back to Matt's with no luck.then back to cold stone only to find out that the worker gave my keys to someone else. While we were still sitting there. So back we went and Jessica had the paper work all filled out for the loner that I had just brought back. This is why I drove 75 miles knowing that I would be very well taken care of. HATS OFF TO MATT AND HIS CREW!!😀😀😀
