Stopped in to price a block heater and have the age of my battery checked

I cannot say enough nice things about Matt's. The interactive online service, quality work and exceptional employees have astounded me. The heater fan in my car stopped working and I was terribly concerned about having no heat in my vehicle. I was told the next available appointment was over a week out but was advised to bring my car in so they could check it before the appointment available. They were able to check it out, replace the blower motor and change my oil in a day. I was able to see progress and add services to my cart easily online without pressure. I got videos showing what they were finding. I am amazed.

Always a pleasure. Always very thorough. Photographs always sent with diagnostics. I always feel like my vehicle is very well taken care of.

Solid work. The team kept me up to date with what was required and the price seems right. Will definitely continue to take the cars there for service.

Back in October, I had to get my clutch replaced by Matt’s. After sitting on the phone with multiple tow companies and auto shops trying to get back into town (I was 5 mi north of dilworth), I called Matt’s to see if they could possibly set up a faster tow for me. I was on a busy intersection at the end of harvest season, so semis were blowing past me and I was getting scared for my safety. They picked me up within 20 minutes when every other shop were gonna have me waiting for hours. They got me set up with a rental car (free of charge) and quoted me for the highest possible price so I could prepare for it. This is a standard practice of theirs, which I appreciate. Due to unseen circumstances, the car ended up being in the shop for almost a month. They provided me with a rental car for the whole time, even knowing I drive for a living. They also let me keep the rental car for a couple days while I figured out finances. Not only that, but when the car had to go into the shop again for a part malfunction, they provided me with another rental car and a couple extra days to figure out financing again. Will always come back to Matt’s. Just a PSA for women who’ve experienced “mansplaining” at auto shops: Go to Matt’s in Moorhead They did not treat me any differently from their other clients and gave me the information at a basic level without making me feel stupid. Other shops doubted that I knew it was my clutch that went out, and even asked to speak to my father or husband. Lmao I have a wife.

Did an excellent job and was thorough in explaining what they found was wrong on the inspection and what was found to be the cause of the noise in the engine compartment They didn't start any of the repairs before I gave them permission.
