I can’t speak for EVERY employee, but a guy name Chris is the worst, he literally refused to have my car looked at because I guess he didn’t want me calling asking for a update , which makes absolutely no sense, i guess he was having a bad day but when I ask why won’t he check it , he said he didn’t want to argue and go back and fourth , and then told me if don’t tow my car outta his lot he’s going to impound it, when I walk there the same day around 3 before they close , it was gone without me getting a chance , and I gotta pay +300 plus to get it out the tow I couldn’t even get a explanation why, but there you go, if you want to go, please stay away from a guy name Chris 👍

I would like to take a minute to address some of your concerns you had with us. You had called asking us to look at your vehicle and our service advisor mentioned he would try to get your vehicle worked in as soon as possible. We were able to get it looked at within about 48 hours. Once we performed your initial analysis we had recommended further testing on your vehicle. Chris spoke with your significant other and informed her that we would be working on it on the following Monday as we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We believe this is likely where we had a miscommunication on time, as you expected more immediate service than we were able to provide at the time. When we performed our initial analysis, we did not even charge you for that recommendation, and the further testing was going to be $159 dollars. Over the weekend, your vehicle was removed from our parking lot and Chris followed up with your significant other to discuss how we might be able to rectify this situation or further assist you. We are not sure where the information got to you that it was going to cost $300 or that your vehicle was removed from our lot before you had a chance to get to us. If there was another miscommunication here, we also apologize. When Chris reached out to you guys on Saturday when we were closed, it was very apparent that your significant other was upset with us and took it to the point where she was swearing at him. We are all human and some times make mistakes which is why we do our best to fix these problems if they come up, even if we are closed. Thanks again for taking the time to review our service.
