Charlie at Matt's south Moorhead location was wonderful to work with! He provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on so I didn't miss any of my meetings and appointments. His concern for my safety was much appreciated. When I had my car back and had noticed the sensor hadn't been reset after the oil change, he came to where I was at work to set it for me. He checked in with me on Monday after I had my my car back over the weekend to make sure I was able to get arrangements made for repairs I needed that were under warranty elsewhere. Dropped off a work truck for a long list of services... all the power tools were stolen out of the truck while parked in their lot. However, they replaced them all with new or better tools and promptly. Great turn around service!
