Very expensive, do not recommend
Thank you Ricardo for taking time to leave us a review. These reviews contribute greatly to our success as a business because it is a great way to learn from our guests experiences on what to continue doing well and what we need to improve on. In regards to your last visit with us, we found that you had recently purchased a vehicle within the past two weeks and brought it to us because of an oil leak. When it first arrived our General Manager, Vern offered you a free analysis of the leak. It was at that point we determined you had multiple oil leaks starting on the top of the engine running down the sides of it appearing as though there may have been multiple leaks. When we made our recommendations for the repair he informed you that we may have additional leaks, but we needed to start at the top of the engine as the oil was running down and covering other things. You authorized us to repair your vehicle and when it was complete, there were no other leaks at that time. You came back a day later and informed us there was still oil leaking. Again we inspected it for free and determined your oil drain plug was leaking, a repair we did not perform. We recommended changing the oil and replacing the drain plug. When we removed the plug we found the threads were damaged in the oil pan. We replaced that plug with a temporary plug informing you that it may or may not leak after replacement. We also provided you an estimate to properly repair the issue, by replacing the oil pan. You declined to have the oil pan replaced at that time. Vern recently reached out to you to see how your vehicle was doing and offered to replace the oil pan with a used pan saving you a significant amount of money on the repair. You declined that as well. We understand vehicle repairs can be expensive and frustrating, especially on a vehicle you just purchased and there is unknown history of its care. We try to offer an exceptional amount of value in our repairs which include but are not limited to a 5 year, 60k Mile warranty and a free year of roadside assistance. On top of that you are supporting a business that gives back to the community throughout the entire year. We understand we may not be the cheapest shop in town but our technicians and staff are second to none, and nobody is paid on commission in our business, we truly want to help our guests, not sell to them. If you would like to have the repairs done with the used option or new option we provided, we would be happy to assist you.
