Vehicle pickup was so convenient due to covid. I was little nervous about trying out a new place but i was pleasantly surprised. I plan on doing all my future work with them.

My CR-V needed some large repairs and due to COVID-19, shipping parts took a little longer than anticipated. Matt’s let me keep their loaner car for an entire week so would be able to get to work. My friends recommend, I use Matt's Automotive for my breaks.My breaks where fine. They did find a dead cat in my engine.Once the cat was removed the squeaky sound went away.

With having a new teenage driver, we purchased an additional vehicle that had been sitting for some time. My husband(as usual) did a lot of work to make sure it was ready to go but needed to bring it in for an alignment. My husband never had anything nice to say about service centers until now.... and it was a VERY nice and unexpected change. So, since HE was impressed with this location, I figured I would finally have my dreaded busted up bumper replaced. Not only were the staff happy to accommodate my schedule, very reasonable on costs, but what really helped ease my apprehension was they were pleasant to talk to despite what is going on in the world today! Thank you to Justin and your team for another smooth service and while I hope I don't need the services you provide again.. I know who to call or send my clients to when they do!

Screw this place they are a rip off and nickle and dime you they do nothing but take advantage of people !!!!
