Staff was very kind and professional through the experience. I was always able to talk to somebody in the shop and stay informed about the progress they’ve made. They were accommodating and were able to supply a loaner vehicle after the vehicle was inspected. Getting to that point took significantly longer than expected, and the issue took a week to resolve for a simple(albeit, difficult to diagnose, as all electrical issues are) fix. 4/5 stars since Matt’s will always reliably be able to fix any issue they have come their way, depending on how busy their shop is. Check availability before towing if concerned about time.
