I have a Silver 2015 Chrysler 300 that got T-Boned while in Minneapolis for a concert. The vehicle was drivable yet the damage really messed up how the car rode, not to mention how visually unappealing it was. Justin at the Collision center showed a great deal of hospitality and helped me understand how extensive the damage was and what it would take to get it fixed. And Due to how bad it was it took about 2 months to get fixed. Throughout those two months Justin consistently called to update me let me know it’s going smoothly. I just got the car back today and I couldn’t help but smile when I saw it after it was done. I really appreciate how professionally they handled the situation and how well done the sheet metal and paint was brought back to its original state. Thank y’all so much for all the hard work you guys put in!

I find Matt's automotive center to be courtesy and professional. I have used them twice for an oil change and I think their prices are fair. I like the 70 point inspection and here is how I know that they are not trying to pull a fast one. During my recent oil change the technician found 2 issues: 1. corrosion on my battery and 2. air filter was very dirty. My car is 5 years old and so it would make sense that my air filter would be dirty. Plus a few days ago I filled my windshield wiper fluid and I noticed corrosion on my battery. As a women, I think that if they wanted to deceive me they would have picked something more costly. Plus the 2 items that they identified to me made total sense. The first time that I took my car for an oil change they did not identify any issues with my car. So I am confident that Matt's does not try to deceive their patrons.

Staff was very kind and professional through the experience. I was always able to talk to somebody in the shop and stay informed about the progress they’ve made. They were accommodating and were able to supply a loaner vehicle after the vehicle was inspected. Getting to that point took significantly longer than expected, and the issue took a week to resolve for a simple(albeit, difficult to diagnose, as all electrical issues are) fix. 4/5 stars since Matt’s will always reliably be able to fix any issue they have come their way, depending on how busy their shop is. Check availability before towing if concerned about time.

I was having problems with tire pressure and brought my car to Matt’s 13th Ave location. With all the car problems this recent weather has caused, I expected to be without a vehicle for several days. The guys remedied the problem in less than a day. Great service!

I came here and told them that the autostarter was not working. I told them to check to see if the batteries need to be replaced on the key FOB. They advised they checked and that was not the issue. I then brought my car elsewhere, who advised that only the batteries needed replacing. It wasn't that expensive to get fixed, but it was extra time out of my day that could have been saved. I don't like being lied to.

We have never carried or serviced this brand of auto start but we were willing to go above and beyond to help you as a Matt’s Automotive customer. Our general manager, Vern, looked at your auto start remote and you and he agreed together that it was not a battery issue, as the remote was lighting up. Vern then offered to bring your auto start himself to the shop where you had it installed, but you declined. We take our customer experiences very seriously and we have attempted to contact you about your review.

Scheduled my service online. Awesome customer service from start to finish. Appointment confirmations when scheduled and again the day before. Preliminary estimate of charges eliminated any surprises in overall cost. With that in mind, the pricing is also far superior to that of my dealership. 10/10 would recommend.
