Very professional staff, and they made sure to answer any question I had with patience and understanding. The only thing keeping this review from 5 stars was I had to wait a bit for an oil change. Vern reached out to me to ask for feedback which is something I haven't had from anywhere else.

When I called over the phone to schedule a oil change they gave me a near exact price estimate in would pay in store. Relatively cheap. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their 70 point inspection helped me identify any future problems I would have with the vehicle. Definately will be returning for future service.

On Christmas Eve my husband’s vehicle broke down in Fargo and we were unable to drive back home an hour away. Chris and William were so helpful and accommodating - they provided us with a rental and diagnosed his vehicle within hours of them closing on a very busy day. I highly recommend!!!

We recently had a minor incident and Matt's Automotive Service Center went out of their way to help me get my vehicle taken care of. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They gave us a loaner car to drive, which was truly appreciated. The collision center made sure our car was absolutely perfect before they gave it back to us. I had a major issue with my pickup recently. I really appreciated the communication as to the problem and the status of my vehicle as they waited for parts and worked on it.
