I went in for four tires and alignment. After sitting and waiting for TWO AND A HALF HOURS, I was told that they had only aligned the front wheels because they did not have what they needed to align the rear wheels. They still charged me 72% of the cost of alignment for 50% of the job.

Unfortunately, we were unable to properly align your vehicle due to a specification outside of normal adjustments that we had no way of anticipating before getting your vehicle onto the alignment rack. The parts needed to make these adjustments go above and beyond a typical alignment, and take additional time to install. We try to predict as many occurrences as possible by keeping items in our inventory but sometimes, due to how many different makes and models of vehicles there are on the road, we do have to order the correct parts. After speaking with our service manager, Jess, we did recognize an error on your charges and have refunded that amount. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for bringing it to our attention. We also apologize for not being able to complete your repairs in a time frame that was acceptable to you.
