SHE EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT I CAN EXPECT IN MY SERVICE TODAY, I RECIEVED EMAILS WHEN THEY STARTED & FINISHED MY VAN. Matt’s has timely services and great customer service! Complementary taxi services are convenient as well.

They didn’t start on my car for two weeks which I wasn’t informed about until AFTERWARDS and then they refused to pay the two days extra for the rental that the insurance for the person who hit me wouldn’t cover. They kept telling me it was the insurances fault but all truth came out when I was sent all of the invoices. Never going back here!
