I very highly recommend Vern Newman and his crewmen, all of them, but especially DAVE. Poor Dave was tasked to work on my 1993 Buick Roadmaster Hearse which had been sitting in a field for a while...Mice had taken over the air filter to use as nesting material and Dave duct-taped his jeans legs shut so the live ones wouldn't..well, you get the drift. I bought this car sight-unseen. I asked Vern to replace all the tires, hoses, everything rubber-y and hose-y, etc...And to make it safe enough for me to fly up to Fargo from Fort Worth, Texas and drive it home! And anything else he could find that needed fixing. He sent me pictures over text message to show me stuff that needed work and why. These guys are absolutely trustworthy. They didn't fix it if it wasn't broke, and they did fix what was broke! They went over my car for 3 weeks and made sure it was great! All this for a probably-not-returning customer. Hey, Vern...we sure could use you and your guys down here in Texas!!

I first took my car to another place (was quoted one thing and told another). I called Matt's in a panic and released my car to them from the other shop. Matt's kept me updated on everything by texts and calls! They made sure to call me before they did anything extra. Ended up having to have the other front wheel bearing changed and had to leave my car there. I got a loaner car for the time they had mine. When Matt's told me that there was a light on that was not there, Vern told me that he was not sending me out of the shop with that light on if I did not come in with it on. Found out that a tab got bent a little bit when the part got sent on. I did not have to pay any extra on it since he said it was an error on their part. I HIGHLY recommend Matt's!!! They are now my go-to place for all my repairs. Thank you so much.

We were on a road trip from Saskatchewan Canada.On Sept 5/18 our car broke down on the interstate near Fargo. We called CAA (AAA) and a tow truck was dispatched. After being towed to Matts by Robs Towing the took my car right in and within an hour had a diagnosis for me. It wasnt a good result but none the less it was quick. The service manager named Vern was great. He offered us help to find a motel at a good rate and when we found one within walking distance had our belongings delivered to the motel for us. I cant say enough about the friendly and empathetic treatment we received at Matts. We likely will never be in Fargo again but would recommend this business to everyone. Travis was very helpful at the collision center. They got me in the day after I called and completed the job in a shorter amount of time than they estimated! I would highly recommend the collision center!

Watch out! They will try to scam you! Told me both rear leaf springs were broken and it would be $1500 to fix. Scared me on the phone, said the rear end could fall apart while driving! If I was made of money, I would have said yes fix it! But I have to think long & hard about $1500 purchases. So I called around & googled & called my dad, (the smartest person on the planet). So he came with a trailer to get the vehicle. He had it looked at at his mechanics. Turns out there was NOTHING wrong with the leaf springs! it was the rear shackles. I spent $80 on the new parts. Do you think the labor would have been $1420 on that job??? Matt’s Also told me that I should replace the fuel vapor canister. Quoted me $380. The new part is $55, they wanted $325 for labor on that little fix? I am never going back!

They were pretty expensive, and the worst part was they rolled down my driver window and couldn’t get it back up. They charged me over $70 in labor to fix that which was very unprofessional of them. Will never be back there.

Tires plus did some work on my car front axle and wheel work I declined a allignment thinking they would put it back together somewhat close to drovable. Hours later Matt's got me in and fixed it cars never driven straighter...thanks for getting it in and done so quickly appreciate it. Also left a teddy bear on daughter's car seat she loved it and thanks for that. I'll be back for sure.

Matt’s automatics Servive Center is one of if not the best auto services I have been to service my car. They serve their customers according to their vision/ mission statement. Their focus is all about the customers needs. They provide careful, unique, and thoughtful services to their customers. I had no intention of taking my car back for the rest of the service that was needed to be done but, I did all because of the first services I received from them. My first impression was the engagement of the employees, they were aware and inform about the company’s vision/ mission. They could easily locate it when I ask to see it. They constantly keep their customers updated about the development of their car. I could go on and on but I just know when a business is intentional about putting their customers first not just on paper but in their actions and services. Bravo, please keep on thinking about ways that you can serve people because the reward/ money will come with time.
