They were pretty expensive, and the worst part was they rolled down my driver window and couldn’t get it back up. They charged me over $70 in labor to fix that which was very unprofessional of them. Will never be back there.

Tires plus did some work on my car front axle and wheel work I declined a allignment thinking they would put it back together somewhat close to drovable. Hours later Matt's got me in and fixed it cars never driven straighter...thanks for getting it in and done so quickly appreciate it. Also left a teddy bear on daughter's car seat she loved it and thanks for that. I'll be back for sure.

Matt’s automatics Servive Center is one of if not the best auto services I have been to service my car. They serve their customers according to their vision/ mission statement. Their focus is all about the customers needs. They provide careful, unique, and thoughtful services to their customers. I had no intention of taking my car back for the rest of the service that was needed to be done but, I did all because of the first services I received from them. My first impression was the engagement of the employees, they were aware and inform about the company’s vision/ mission. They could easily locate it when I ask to see it. They constantly keep their customers updated about the development of their car. I could go on and on but I just know when a business is intentional about putting their customers first not just on paper but in their actions and services. Bravo, please keep on thinking about ways that you can serve people because the reward/ money will come with time.

Great Service

My car was backed in to. I went to Matt’s through a referral of a friend. I was able to bring my car immediately in after speaking to Travis on the phone. Travis was awesome! He was super friendly and explained everything step-by-step to me. He was more than helpful! Also told me if I had any questions on how insurance is handling this or anything to call him and he will try to help which was above and beyond his job. Although I’ve never had to fix my car due to collision, I have been to different shops- and this one has had the best service I’ve delt with!

I brought my car in to have it fixed. they diagnose things that have nothing to do with the reason I brought it in then turn around and charge $130? plug my car in and fix the problem associated with the code thir diagnostics gave. then they try convince me of a timing belt job which I didnt disagree with due to me being near my manufacturers suggested mileage for that maintenance. Matt's is three times more expensive for that specific job than the dealer itself. I hope they leave this review up which I doubt they will but I brought my vehicle else where. Matt's wanted well over 400 for a coil job that i got for 200 with one phone call. beware of these overpriced crooks

There a rip off they wanted to charge me to do my front brakes & rotors & they told me my rear drums & brakes needed to be changed plus a transmission oil change flush ok cool I took it somewhere else & they told me my rear brakes where fine they just needed to be adjusted & didn’t need to be changed so I saved money taking it somewhere else & I got the front brakes & transmission done at the other place & saved a lot of money they where about to rip me off for something I really didn’t need just to make money off me I’m never taking my vehicles here again

My girlfriend received excellent service from this repair shop. I've also gotten great service when I visited a separate location shop owned under the same name. I would recommend for trustworthy technicians who fix the issues and really get down to business to help you understand everything going on with your vehicle. You get what you pay for.

Get a second opinion if you go here first. Overpriced and when I checked with two other places suddenly the problem that Matt’s said was there was not. If you want to get and keep customers, you must be honest.
