Very attentive and a very comfortable waiting area. They discovered an issue from a previous repair at a different shop, and took care of everything for me! Jess called the previous shop, took care of the entire warranty process, and did all of the extra work so I wouldn’t have to worry. She called back less than 24 hours later to let me know the warranty will cover repairs and to schedule service. I’ve never had a shop go this far above and beyond to make it easy on me, and I absolutely recommend them!

First time getting both of our cars oil changed here. Good experience. No complaints.

The family at Matt's Automotive definitely touched my heart today. 150 mothers are getting their oil changed free (myself included). I thank you. I was taken back and it took a lot to hold back tears. it has been an overwhelming few weeks and this was one of the best things that happened (other than my daughter getting accepted to NDSU..go Bison!) The shops have been so generous to the community and we definitely appreciate your kindness and generosity.

I called Matt’s and they were able to get my car in the next day for a windshield replacement. I paid a fraction of the price I was quoted at another collision center in town that wanted me to wait days with a shattered windshield. The staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were traveling through Moorhead on our way back to Utah and an oxygen sensor went out. They were able to get us in right away in the morning analyze the problem and get it repaired within an hour and a half. We were on our way very quickly. Excellent prices. They have a great waiting area with plenty of drinks and Netflix while we were waiting. Very friendly staff also!

Justin coordinated several services for our 4-runner and is now doing some body work on our other car. Justin was great at keeping me informed of necessary repairs and expected timelines and we are really pleased with the work and service that has been done. Thank you
