I made an appointment for my daughter to get her oil changed. Typically we get all work on her vehicle done at the dealership but we didn't this time, and we won't be back to the dealership after her amazing experience today at Matt's. She called me immediately after the appointment explaining how much she loved it there. She felt appreciated and treated with complete respect. Thank you for your amazing service! We will be back.

Our daughter's car was having issues with the traction control system intermittently, so hard to diagnose. I scheduled an appt online, which was super convenient. I read about the company's background and reviews online, and wanted something close to where she attends Concordia college for her to start utilizing for any auto needs she has. The staff was super prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, explains things in terms a non-mechanic can understand. In short discussions, I learned they are extremely supportive of training their employees and giving back to the community which is important to our family. I love the reports back via email and the options to choose which services I was accepting and which ones my husband can do on his own, and I was able to decline those. No miscommunication over phone calls and I was able to talk to my husband while deciding which services to accept or decline which was great! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Called in and asked if they could take a look at an aggressive oil leak on my truck. They found a convenient time that worked with my schedule and got me on the books. I brought my truck in on time and they got me right in. I worked with their general manager, Vern who was very professional and informative as to what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. Got everything fixed, changed the oil, rotated my tires... even greased my suspension and cleaned off the bottom of my vehicle as the oil leak managed to coat the entire underbody of my truck. I was very pleased with the customer service as well as the work they did and would highly recommend Matt’s Automotive.

Easy to work with, willing to show you what’s wrong as best they can, and are honest with what repairs you absolutely need and what you don’t. Also stand behind warranty on parts and labor. Had a rack and pinion replaced that failed less than a year after it was put in, and they replaced without cost to me. Will likely continue to go to Matt’s for my auto repair needs in the future.

got my oil changed today at Matt's Automotive the guys there were awesome got my car in and out in no time. definitely will be going back there for their services again. they even gave my kids teddy bears in their car seat. what a wonderful business
