As someone relatively new to town, I asked my coworkers where I should go for auto needs. They unanimously said Matt's. Once I did I was surprised by the free rides while my car was in the shop, constant communication, and excellent service. I'll be back for all my future repair and checkups!

Had gone to a few other mechanic shops in Fargo, which they did not impress me. After getting into an accident, I did some research, found Matt's, and was impressed by the reviews. From the moment we walked in Travis, the employee at the desk, welcomed us and was super friendly with us. He was honest with us, informed us with every step of the process. Since that experience, we have brought in all of our vehicle work there. Our vehicle was in the shop when the Moorhead shop collapsed Matt, the owner, called us personally to let us know where our vehicle was at in the repair process. If you are looking for a great mechanic place look no further then Matt's auotmotive. I personally take our vehicles to 53rd Ave S (collision center) site because of Travis and how he treated us everytime we have had car issues.

Jess and Brandon did an excellet job of telling me what was needed and what the status is. Hanging out in the lobby for a few hours wasn't that bad. They are great company.

The staff at Matt's are very friendly, communicative, and transparent about everything, and their work is superb. In addition, their warranty is excellent.

Nice people and a complimentary ride service. Great experience overall, will return. Hopefully not soon tho :D

Matt’s automotive was able to get me in on short notice, diagnose the problem, and make the appropriate repair. Their courtesy driver also was able to get me where I needed to be, so I did not miss any work! Very satisfied with their promptness, and would recommend them for any repair work needed.!

Matt's Automotive and collision provided me with the utmost professional services all while giving me a real personal treatment. They even had crayons for my 2 year old daughter to play with while we waited. I had a loaner vehicle provided while they fixed mine and my car was ready when they said it would be at the price they had quoted. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing automotive repair.
