The staff at Matt's Automotive are super stars! Very efficient, timely, reasonably priced, and customer centered. It is not easy to find honest mechanics with great skills and personalities to match... when you do... stick with them and tell your friends so they can rest assured that they are being taken care of and treated fairly! I recommend them highly!

Customer service is fantastic. I brought my car in after it broke down on a trip to Fargo and they were quick to respond and able to get all the work done without me having to come in. The pickup process was quick and easy. The only issues were that the fix did get delayed a small amount, and the part that was fixed originally ended up breaking 2 days later. Fortunately, they have a great warranty on their service and I was able to recoup the cost of the original repair.

I came to Matt's with many things wrong with my car. I informed them I wanted to know everything that was wrong with my car but I only had enough to fix certain things. They were amazing about working with me and my budget. They took the time to explain everything and keep me updated throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone! Their prices are not crazy high and they can work you in if your in a pinch!

I took my car here for a used car inspection before buying it. When it came back, I was charged $63 for it all and told there was only one problem with the car which wasn't bad. After I bought the car, I brought the car to be fixed at mechanic shop I trust more and found that there was another two problems totaling to $600 in repairs they missed (I was pretty sure one of them was a problem but trusted Matt's judgement). The entire reason I brought it for a used car inspection was so I wasn't going to end up with a car with serious problems I couldn't afford. The service was nice, but yet, this big glaring problem outweighs all of that.
